What does Crawl extract?

Crawl fetches the public URL you submit and extracts HTML tables, JSON-LD blocks, and qualifying lists into reviewable rows.

What does Chart accept?

Chart reads .xlsx and .xls files in the browser and can also chart the first dataset sent from Crawl.

Will Crawl work on every page?

No. Pages behind logins, heavy bot protection, or unusually large responses may fail or return no structured data.

Chart files stay in your browser. Crawl requests are processed on demand from the URL you submit so the service can fetch and parse the page.

Starting 2026-07-28, DataVizForge supports real-time collaboration on shared dashboards. Multiple team members can edit the same dashboard at the same time, with each person's cursor and selections visible to others in real time.

What's New

Live cursors — See where each collaborator is working on the dashboard
Conflict resolution — When two people edit the same chart, the system merges changes or prompts for resolution
Presence indicators — See who is currently viewing or editing the dashboard
Comment threads — Attach comments to specific charts or data points for async discussion

How It Works

Share a dashboard via the existing share link. Collaborators with edit permission can open the dashboard simultaneously. Each person sees live updates as others make changes. The collaboration engine uses operational transforms to keep everyone in sync without losing work.
