Who is responsible for this site
Shen is the independent operator behind DataVizForge and is responsible for the product, support inbox, and public site copy.
If a page is unclear, outdated, or wrong, the fix starts with that operator rather than an anonymous content workflow.
How product pages are written
AI may be used to draft a rough first pass for some pages, but the published version is rewritten and cut down by hand before it goes live.
The goal is to keep the copy specific to this product: two tools, one support inbox, and a small set of clear limits.
How claims are checked
Feature descriptions are checked against the actual code and current interface before they are published or updated.
That is especially important for boundaries such as public-URL crawling, first-worksheet chart imports, export formats, and what data stays in the browser.
What we avoid
We do not intentionally publish machine-written text without human review, and we do not want policy or product pages to read like a generic tool directory.
We also avoid overclaiming: Crawl is for public pages and can fail on blocked or login-only sources, and Chart is for quick image exports rather than hosted dashboards.

Questions, corrections, and policy requests go to sapsap@qq.com. Most support and correction requests are answered on the next business day.
When a product limit or workflow changes, the related support and policy pages should be updated to match the live product.
